A Spring Walk!

Spring is a beautiful season that awakens all of the senses. A simple walk through the garden
can delight you with fragrant smells; lovely blossoms to behold; touchable soft and tender new growth;
cheerful songs of birds and the sweet taste of fresh honeysuckle or ripe strawberries.
Spring is just the beginning in the garden. There are so many plants bursting into bloom.
Soft pastel petals as well as strong vibrant colored blooms are filling gardens with natural beauty.
Take an imaginary walk and look at some of nature's finest work from my garden this spring.
Below are pictures of a daffodil, pansy, tulip magolia, tulip, iris, peony, primrose and hollyhock.

My garden beds were fertilized with Orgaplus Hi-Mag late last fall in November. I applied more
Orgaplus Hi-Mag early this spring in March. This year's spring show is turning out better than ever
before. The pansies had hundreds of blooms and now the primrose are blooming so thickly you can't
even see between them.
The purpose of this little spring walk is a bit different. By now, everyone has heard over and over
about "Going Green". While we are going through the garden, let's "Go Green" with a new
perspective. Looking at this next set of pictures from my spring garden, you won't see any pretty
blossoms. The spotlight is going to be on the greens.
The foliage in your garden design is very important. We can choose plants with leaves that complement
each other in color and shape. For more striking combinations, we pick plants that have opposing
textures or contrasting colors. We can even choose from many different shades of green; leaves that
have very blue to gray tones or lime green to bright yellow tones. Our choices continue to expand by
using plants with silver or red leaves. Variegated leaves may contain creamy yellows to bright whites,
while their beautiful patterns change ordinary green leaves to colorful, living art. The "greens" are the
backbone of your garden. Many of the blossoms will fade, but the foliage gives structure and design
to your garden. Feed them well to provide healthier plants all season.

So..... "Go Green" in your garden and with your fertilizer. I have used Orgaplus four years and I
am very pleased with the results. I know that I am not adding chemicals to my soil, only good for the
earth minerals with macro and micro nutrients that provide the soil with what your plants need.
The earthworms love it, they are everywhere I dig. Hummingbirds, bees and flutterbys (butterflies,
but we call them flutterbys cause that's what they do!) are constant visitors in the garden.
I know they are safe because Orgaplus can't harm them in any way.
Take a spring walk or a summer walk in your garden.. "Go Green" by paying special attention to all
of the shapes, colors and tones of greens that make your garden design come alive.
"Go Green" for the greens by using Orgaplus all natural composted fertilizer!
